Vaz Vase

$79.00

This tall and stately cottonwood vase makes quite the statement all on its own. It features light/dark contrasts, several knots and accent lines as a result of the tree’s defense against invasion. Filled with a few grasses, it would make a striking display on a mantle or side table. A small plastic tube is also included so the vase may hold fresh flowers as well.

Height: 12”
Top Diameter: 2-3/4”
Maximum Diameter: 3-3/4”
Bottom Diameter: 3”

Malaika Vaz is a National Geographic Explorer and wildlife filmmaker from India. Her TV series, On the Brink, followed her journey exploring the many endangered species across India together with the stories of researchers and scientists involved in protecting them. As a windsurfer and diver, she has witnessed the effects of unsustainable tourism on the marine ecosystem. She campaigns for ecological protection and works to conserve India's natural resources through initiatives such as the Leave No Trace campaign to reduce plastic waste.
