This eye-catching bowl was made from pieces of ironwood and a few pine cones which were cast in epoxy resin that was colored with mica powder. Shaping the bowl on the lathe created a fabulous pattern of the wood and interior of the pine cones. The bowl would be a wonderful accent piece on a coffee table or side table and could also be used to hold fruit on the kitchen counter.
